Anger is an emotion we not often truly show in a controlled manner. As a kid you might learn that being angry is not allowed in the house because your caretakers send you to your room or they might whoop your ass, left alone by yourself with this anger. As an adult people rather see you smile and happy than angry. That is very unfortunate because anger is an emotion that we need to express in order to have balance within ourselves.
