But here’s what I see over and over again… The people who: get inspired who: share your work who: slide into your DMs ready to move Are often the ones who didn’t grow up with you. The ones who meet you in the version you’re becoming not the version they’re used to. This is part of growth. Emotionally: it asks you not to take it personal. Mentally: it asks you to stay focused on your path. Physically: it asks you to keep showing up consistently. Energetically: it asks you to protect what you’re building. Running a business is not for everyone. And honestly… that’s okay. As a human, a parent, and a holistic entrepreneur, I look at life through 5 pillars. I don’t separate life and business for me they are connected. Being a parent, running a household, building something of your own… it all asks something from you. I started my business focused on my service: holistic bodywork. From there I expanded into an online training and product-based income. What guides me in both life and business are these 5 pillars: Emotional: how you handle stress, triggers, and your capacity to stay present.�Physical: your body, energy levels, sleep, food/drinks and daily habits.�Mental: your thoughts, focus, and the patterns that drive your decisions.�Energetic: the state of your nervous system and the energy you bring into what you build.�Spiritual: your connection to yourself, the earth, and the deeper pull you feel toward your path. My goal is to support other women who feel there is more available for them and who want to build an online business in a way that actually fits their life. Not separate from it. Not on top of it. Most people don’t care about their health until they get sick. I care enough to create a healthy environment for my body not to. Because there is difference in water and I care what I drink. Health starts on a cellular level and the right water can support your body.

Do the work, and parenting begins to soften. I’m not saying hard means you’re doing it wrong. But when it feels heavy… pause. Look at what’s really challenging you. And meet it differently.

You can feel it, can’t you? You’re not afraid of working. You’re not afraid of building something big. But you are done living inside a structure that was never designed for the life you actually want. You don’t want another busy schedule. You want ownership over your time. You don’t want “extra income.” You want income that isn’t capped by your hours. You don’t want to escape work. You want work that moves with you whether you’re home, traveling, or fully present with your family. That shift? It changes the way you move. The way you decide. The way you design your life. This is why I chose the online path. Because once you experience what it feels like to build income with leverage… to structure your days with intention… to stop asking permission for your own time… You don’t really go back. There’s something powerful about a child who grows up seeing the world. New places. New cultures. New possibilities. It shapes how they dream. How they think. How they move through life. Building an online business gave us the flexibility to create that kind of childhood one filled with presence, joy, and memories. Not someday. Now. Because the life we model… becomes the life they believe is possible.
